ENTICHÉE offers amending service for free of charge.
* Customers can exchange products within 3 days after buying. When exchanging goods, please change to other products with equal or higher prices. No refunds will be issued for items with lower prices. Apply 1 time of change/1 order
*Conditions for exchanging goods: Please keep the invoice. The products must be intact, undamaged, clean, unused with original stamps or through any laundry treatment. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange goods in case the products brought by the customer do not satisfy the above conditions.
*Returns do not apply to products in the discount program.
*Please pack the product carefully when exchanging goods to avoid damage caused by the shipping process. In the case of goods damaged by carriage, ENTICHÉE is not responsible for handling or dealing with carrier. Please pay shipping cost if any.
*Purchased products are not returnable and refundable.
*For products with defects arising from manufacturers, including: color staining, color fading, material error, seam error, design error… ENTICHÉE will recall and exchange the same product for customers.
*When picking up your order or repair items at the store, please bring your order/repair slip to receive your goods.
WE ACCEPT RETURN REQUESTS WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUESTS:
– We accept return requests within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order. It takes approximately 14 working days (excluding weekends) from the date of approval of the return for the requests to be processed. Submit your request via the live chat button on our website or email us at Entichee.official@gmail.com
– We accept returns for items purchased from our website. Items in their original condition can be exchanged for another color, standard size or style.
Notes on returns and delivery:
Please provide video and receipt as evidence in your return request so that we can assist you as best as possible.
– For delivery, you can authorize us to arrange the return for you or you can arrange the delivery from your side through DHL shipping company. Our technical team will carefully inspect the returned product and then handle further support through our dedicated customer service. Tracking information will be provided to the customer for further tracking.
– In case the delivery is handled from the customer side. Please send the proof of delivery for our reference. After sending the proof of delivery, the customer must update us with the tracking number so that we can track the shipment.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delays due to missing or incorrect information.
• International shipping: Available to most areas worldwide.
• Shipping time: Depends on your area and usually takes 7 – 20 days.
• Expedited shipping will cost more depending on time and area.
• Shipping fee: Depends on the weight of the items you have ordered and the country where it is being shipped to. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout and do not include taxes or duties. We will provide a tracking number via email. In the shipping confirmation email, you will receive tracking information that you can use to check the progress of your order online. The goods will be delivered to your address.

– Our shipping fee does not include customs duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the duties to receive the goods. We do not take any responsibility if the customer refuses to pay the duties/delays in paying the duties.
